Shipping policy
We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
We offer multiple shipment options:
- First Class Mail (3-7 business days)
-Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
-Priority Mail Express (Next- Day delivery)
-Pickup in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl (Email us for more information)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
We will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your order to you.

Return policy
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange, gift card, or refund. Merchandise must arrive to us within the 14 day window, unworn, in original perfect condition and with tags attached. If you have tried on your purchase and there are any imperfections on the product, your return will be rejected by our return department. If your purchase upon received is damaged in any way please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it, we will grant you a free return and refund or exchange.
Customer is responsible for any shipping fees in regards to returned or exchanged packages. Shipping labels can be provided via email and the shipping cost will be deducted from return. If a valid shipping address can not be provided by the customer, TINDY is permitted to cancel and refund said order. Customer is also responsible for any fees regarding refunded/ canceled orders.
