Welcome to www.shoptindy.com. TINDY is an online e-commerce clothing boutique hosted by Wix. Cancellation/Refund Policy
TINDY may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur. Failure to provide additional details upon request may result in cancellation and refund of the order. Failure to provide a valid address may result in cancellation and refund of the order. Customer will be subject to any fees accumulated. Customers will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. All prices quoted on the website are in US Dollars (USD). Costs relating to international orders will be calculated via our currency converter .
